THE Switzerland's second largest bank, Credit Suisse
AG, is learnt to have begun the process of notifying its clients about
the Swiss Govt's agreement with the US authorities for disclosing the data
of American account holders suspected to have evaded tax.
The
two choices being offered to the clients are either to litigate against
such a decision or to give assent for disclosing their data to the IRS
on receiving formal request for doing so.
