COMING next year, all tourists to Singapore can avoid filling out tax refund forms to get their shopping rebates as GST refund scheme is scheduled to go paperless. The Inland Revenue Authority has announced the introduction of electronic refund scheme. This scheme is expected to offer tourists a hassle-free shopping time in Singapore.
