ACCORDING to the UNCTAD's World investment Report, 2012, Foreign Direct Investment
(FDI) inflows of USD 684399 million were received in developing economies
of the World during 2011, of which India received 4.6%. FDI inflows, in respect
of some of the developing economies, including India, during 2011, are as
under:-

According to the
UNCTAD's World Investment Report, 2012, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflows
of USD 31554 million have been received in India during 2011, as against
FDI inflows of USD 24159 received during 2010.
This information
was given by the Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, Mr Jyotiraditya
M. Scindia in a written reply in the Rajya Sabha today.
