ACTING US Commerce Secretary Rebecca Blank, while speaking at the US-India Business Council Anniversary Summit, has said that in the next 20 years India will become the most populous country, and the size of annual income of Indian middle class may cross USD 4 trillion. Acting Secretary also spoke about the ways the USA and India can work together to foster economic relations and also praised the success of the bilateral trade, which has grown to USD 21.6 bn in 2011.
