INDIA and UK have signed Protocol to amend the provisions of the DTAA to streamline the provisions on partnerships and dividends besides the exchange of tax information between the two economies. The protocol to amend the DTAA was signed by Indian High Commissioner Jaimini Bhagwati and UK Exchequer Secretary Davidd Gauke. Both hoped that the amended provisions will facilitate flow of services, technology and investment.
