CHINA has protested against the US move to curb government purchases
of Chinese IT systems. A piece of legislation signed by the US President early
last week restricts the government from funding export permits to commercial
satellites sold to China.
China
has protested and termed it as discriminatory and violative of fair trade
practices. The Chinese Foreign Ministry has urged the Obama Government to get
rid of such policies and promote development of healthy bilateral
ties.
