THE Centre
for Tax Policy and Administration is on look-out for a Senior
Tax Economist to head the Business and International Tax Unit within the
Tax Policy and Statistics Division. The selected candidate is required to
have a good all-round knowledge of the economics of taxation and to have
considerable experience in the economics of business taxation. Key areas
of work will include the economics of business taxation in relation to knowledge-based
capital (i.e. research and development, innovation) and international corporate
income tax policy in support of the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS)
Action Plan. Applications
should be submitted by March 9, 2014.
The
Centre is also looking looking for a Senior Adviser to support the work of
the Forum on Tax Administration (FTA).
