Cabinet gives nod to sign tax information exchange pacts with 2 tax havens and revised treaty with Norway By TII News Service Oct 26, 2010 , New Delhi
AFTER signing the first ever Tax Information Exchange Agreement (TIEA) with Bermuda recently, India is on way to sign three more similar agreements. The Union Cabinet is learnt to have given its nod last Wednesday, to the proposal of the CBDT for signing TIEA with, Isle of Man and Virgin Islands. Cabinet has also approved the revised treaty with Norway.
