THE Chief Negotiators of India and EU will be meeting soon to thrash out their differences so that a comprehensive FTA covering goods, services and investments could be finalised by April.The Addl Secretary, Mr P K Chaudhary, the Chief Negotiator for India, will be meeting his EU counterpart somewhere in Kerala in a couple of days, said sources in the Govt.
