ACCORDING to the findings of a Survey conducted by E&Y, India has the highest number of legal disputes in Transfer Pricing. It numbers as many as 1500 TP cases. The Survey included 877 MNCs from 25 countries. As per the Survey, a sizeable number of MNCs faces charges of selling their goods and services to their AEs at manipulated prices, to minimise their tax liabilities.
