INDIA and Japan today exchanged Notes worth Rs 8632 Crore here in the National
Capital. By signing the Notes the Japan committed an amount of Yen 155.549
billion (about Rs 8632 crore) to fund the seven projects in India.
With
today's Exchange of Notes, the cumulative commitment of ODA from Japan has
reached JPY 3320.369 billion. However, India continues to be the highest
recipient of ODA from Japan. The details of the projects are as
